You’ve received your order and it’s not quite what you wanted
No problem. Just contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receipt of your order to notify us of your intent to return your order. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will receive a full refund (including postage). However, you will have to pay the postage costs of returning your order. Upon receipt of the return your refund will be processed within 7 working days. It is advised that you send your returns back using a recorded delivery service or at the very least to get proof of posting from the post office. I am afraid we are not responsible for items lost in the post. Items must be returned in a saleable condition.
Your order has arrived damaged/faulty or is not as described
Please contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receipt of your order to notify us of any problems. We will arrange to have your parcel collected (Monday to Friday during business hours). Upon receipt of the return we will fully refund your order (including postage) within 7 business days. If a replacement is required this will be sent out immediately subject to stock availability.
